After securing the replacement piece of sheetrock and taping the seams, he put two layers of mud (two different types to assure the paint would not have an unnatural sheen) and then applied the texture material to an area that was perhaps 4-5 times the area of the patch to so it blended in with the existing textured ceiling. Top notch, professional job. Would hire again for drywall work and highly recommend him based on my experience."
