"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"What a wonderful job, Greg, their foreman, did on our hardwood floor installation. He is such a good craftsman. It is hard to find someone like him these days. He pays attention to details and gets job done right. What is amazing on top of the job he does is that he is very professional, punctual, and solid communicator. He would not do things that he checks with us first yet he suggests a nice way to complete it without making us feel bad. Was never late and kept the workspace very tidy.
