What a wonderful job, Greg, their foreman, did on our hardwood floor installation. He is such a good craftsman. It is hard to find someone like him these days. He pays attention to details and gets job done right. What is amazing on top of the job he does is that he is very professional, punctual, and solid communicator. He would not do things that he checks with us first yet he suggests a nice way to complete it without making us feel bad. Was never late and kept the workspace very tidy. I was often around when he was working and it was fun chatting with him; got a nice sense of humor! Miss you Greg! Recommendation? Oh yeah. Make sure you get Greg then yes go for it!

They were extremely helpful and attentive from the very beginning when they came out to measure, to the selection process, to the installation. They did an excellent job with installation and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend The Floor Center.

They were great. Helped me troubleshoot a flooring issue, and ended up concrete sealing prior to carpet installation. They didn't mind that they'd come for carpet installation and didn't do it that day, came back another day for concrete sealing. Will definitely call them again for any flooring needs I have.

They helped move heavy furniture back and forth.

Went smoothly. Took only a little longer than estimated, which I always expect. They worked through weekend so I could get back into my bedroom and move home. Came in on bid, which was just a little lower than the other two bids. I am very happy with the work. Looks great. Included pulling up old carpet. Patching up unused vents. Putting down floors. Moving all the furniture in and out. Price includes the flooring itself.

The crew was always on time, polite and professional. They would come to us to discuss certain applications before they started their work. Upon completion of each job, work areas and finished rooms were well cleaned. All work was completed beautifully and we have received many compliments from friends and family who come into our home.

They are terrific. Both Robert and Carol are reachable, professional, and well-spoken. We set up the consultation quickly and I received the proposal and then scheduled the work to follow. They recommended stain colors to hide the slight presence of water damage that remained after sanding and the floor is beautiful. The quality of the work is excellent and the team was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.

The job required custom fit for odd size windows. William took the time to consider all options for the best results. All who came to work on the job were professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend their work and products.

Beautiful artisan craftsmanship was executed on both carpet install (matching up patterned carpet on a staircase went well, both ascending and descending views of the stairs are perfectly matched and elegant). The hardwood floors were carefully laid and the small amount of picture frame herring bone pattern needed around our fireplace was executed beautifully. The bottoms of our doors needed shaving for floor clearance and they were done with precision. They worked carefully around my existing furniture in the rooms and were able to maneuver expertly around the pieces. All installed according to schedule given.

William, the owner, came out himself initially to measure the floor space, staircase, and all my windows (ordered window blinds too). He was diligent enough to return again to measure and ensure the blinds would secure maximum privacy and fall appropriate around the door and window locks.
I would definitely recommend The Flooring Center in Burbank, CA. Their "one stop shopping" of wood flooring, carpet and blinds is a definite plus!

The condo that these new stairs went into has a split entry. The first thing you see when you open the front door are these stairs. And now they look beautiful. The team was very responsive and worked with me to come up with a design and color that matched the existing flooring and my budget. They were even flexible with payment options. Awesome work.

The estimate was done quickly, they scheduled the work right away and did a wonderful Job. The workmen were very good at their jobs, very professional and friendly. They used exactly the stain I wanted and the finished product looks great. After the work was done, the men who came in to move the furniture back in worked very hard to make sure the floor wasn't scratched by putting felt disks in all the furniture.    I would recommend The Floor Center to anyone.
