Excellent, efficient & professional

Overall a decent job, but not up to move in ready standards. Just be sure to thoroughly check every surface as the maids will cut corners if not supervised.

Our construction ran behind schedule, so Fatima's team had to clean with workers still in the house. They were cheerful and efficient and made a stressful day much easier.

I made an error for my move-out cleaning for another vendor (wrong date). In 5 hours I had to find another vendor.. Fatima answers her phone! She quickly checked her staff availability and they arrived with 3 people and finished under 2 hrs. Vacuuming of baseboards, inside cabinets, shelves! Perfect !

The cleaners arrived right on time (7:30 am), brought all supplies including a stepladder, and were very personable and cheerful. But when I got home from work, I was disappointed that while the ladies had done a great job in some areas, other spots looked like they hadn't been touched. Probably would have had a better result if I had stayed home to give more precise instructions. Was able to take advantage of first-time-user discount because of Angie's List, and I'm grateful for that,

I called Property Maid for the first time a couple of years ago for a post-remodel cleaning. I was so impressed that I have had them back on a regular basis ever since. They are on time, nice to deal with, and thorough. I am always very pleased with the results when they leave.

The Ladies are always fast efficient and thorough. If you have a special job (refrigerator for example) they tackle it with a smile and gusto, always exceeding expectations. Oh and did I say fast? they are cleaning Ninjas...

The first time the maids came they were good. The second time the maids came they 1 hour late, and they crammed the cleaning service in one hour. Which is almost impossible, and my hous is small. I already paid them when i noticed that they forgot to dust the entire house. They left the bathroom floors soaking wet with globs of hair all over the floor. I called Fatima and she sent them back to finish dusting the house. When they left again they still forgot the bedrooms. They vacuumed around the furniture, and I asked specifically to clean my stove. They forgot that too. I called her back and was really upset at his point. She offered to send them back, which was pointless, I finished the cleaning they didnt do. This was the worst cleaning Ive ever seen. What maid forgets to dust the house and doesnt clean the kithcen. All they did was mop my floors. I could that! This service is inconsistent right from the start and not worth my time, money, or aggravation.

Four wonderful ladies come each time to clean my condo. Since there are four of them, they can finish the job in a few hours which is less intrusive and fantastic. They are thorough, quiet, careful, and do a great job. I am very happy with Property Maids and would feel totally comfortable recommending them to others.

I have used Property Maid many times in the past 2 years. They are responsive, easy to schedule and always on time. They typically send 3 lovely, professional people who clean my home with care and efficiency. They work hard and ask questions when they are uncertain about anything. They do a great job of organizing my pantry, cabinets, drawers and refrigerator. They leave my home extremely clean, especially the bathrooms. They are always pleasant and easy to work with.
