Norman and his crew were pleasant and very professional. Norman did finish the job as planned and on time. Norman is definitely a general contractor you want for your job. If I could him 10 stars I WOULD. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Norman and his helpers are great. They repaired framing in a wall that had extensive wood rot and termite damage. The before and after was amazing. Many contractors I met with had really high bids or just seemed like they didn't want the work but Norman was prompt and his work impresses everybody. Definitely using him again.

Stop looking for a contractor, Norman is your man.

I had an urgent need to have a window outside of my aunt's home boarded up. Norman contacted me in a timely manner and was the only contractor I contacted who was available within a couple of hours to give me an estimate. I hired him to do the work the next day. He did it promptly and was professional. His price was very reasonable. Mr. Ordez was 5 to 15 minutes late both times and this is the only reason I'm not giving him a 5.0 on customer service. I will be hiring him again to do other work.

He came to our home twice, but never completed the job. Then he was a no-show for scheduled appointments on multiple occasions.

Norman was over an hour late to our appointment and I finally called him (rather than the other way around). Once he arrived with his helper, they were efficient, polite and got the job done well.

Norman is timely and after he installed all the slides in my kitchen drawers, he made sure to go through with me one by one to adjust it or fix it if necessary until we are okay with installation. He is a good a handyman.

He seemed like a good guy, but didn't show up for our appointment or return my call. Very unprofessional and a waste a day off.

He was prompt. Professional. Honest. Did a good job considering it was hanging heavy drapes and the heavy duty hardware wasn't as it should be. He is coming back to re/do the job when I have more industrial hardware for him. He took ample time to do it right and thoughtful of my other furnishings.
