Pioneer & Santa Monica Shade and Screen

Got the job done in a relatively short amount of time and minimal effort of my part. They were quick to respond to emails and calls and came out to the house for measurements and we got the screens installed within a week and half. Friendly, good service and they care about their quality of work. Thank you!

Great. Craig came out 8/23/17, measured screen doors space. Decided it required a new. slightly lower upper track and cutting down the 2 doors a little to insure a tight fit. Measured 2 window screens as well. Gave an estimate of expected charges. Returned the following Tuesday right on schedule and completed the whole job. The sliding screen doors now are working perfectly, better then they ever have, and the 2 window screens fit perfectly.

Everything was great, from my first visit to the showroom, to the final installation.  I was able to see a sample of the door I was interested in, and we set up an appointment for an estimate.  It took a few weeks for the doors to be manufactured and installed, but it was worth the wait.  All three doors were expertly installed, operate flawlessly, and look beautiful.

Greg and Jose were both great- they told us right away how long it would
take to measure and then make the screens, followed up with us when we
asked for an estimate on blackout shades, and beat the competitor's
price by about $70 per screen. Greg in particular worked very hard to
fix the French door screens- our doorframe apparently is a bit crooked,
as are the ones in the rest of the house. He took them back to the shop
and redid them to accommodate our crooked doorway without being asked.
He is a perfectionist and my husband, who notices minute details, is
very happy with his work.

They were punctual.  They measured and gave me some advice.  Their advice was helpful, and they installed their product without problem.  They also worked very quickly.  I would definitely use them again.

It went well.  Installer was very nice.  The screen was made and installed in about 2 weeks.  I was hoping to get 2 doors, but couldn't afford the 2nd door at the $400+ rate.  The door is well made and works very well.

Jerry was great.  He came out to my home promptly.  He helped me make excellent choices on blinds--type, color, etc and performed some miscellaneous repairs for free.  I highly recommend this company.

I have a new condo (new for me) and I needed coverings for my huge skylight in my bedroom.  There were roman shades there when I moved in but they had water damage.  I had them taken down when I painted and needed new ones.
The light is huge and irregular.  I had a few estimates.  Greg Larsen came out to do the measurements and tell me my choices.  He was quite pleasant and took some time explaining the options.
I took some time to decide what company and what kind of blinds to get.  I decided on custom fixed light filtering after talking with the owner Greg (another Greg) and getting some advice.  These guys even dropped sample fabrics at my home.  They earned by business and I was impressed.  This was no cheap job to be done so it did indeed take some time for me to decide.  I count on reviews so I hope this helps someone else choose.
The work getting completed took some time but they were always courteous and professional and in the end, it was worth the quoted price.  They did a nice job.  The workers who came were real blind professionals and I was impressed with everything.  I have no complaints or feedback how to make it better.  It was great start to finish.  
If/when I need some window treatments or need a replacement, I will call them for sure.

The two men who installed at both homes were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. My questions were answered and the work was explained. I am satisfied and would use this company again. I recommend them highly.

I am delighted to write a second wholly positive review of the work of Pioneer & Santa Monica Shade and Screen.  I was so impressed by the job they did providing window treatments for  my kitchen, I called them back for my large living room picture window.  Once again, they came over to measure the window and discuss options for a shade.  I ordered a two-piece treatment, because the window is arched and I wanted something that would fit the window precisely.  The order came when they said it would (perhaps even a bit earlier).  The guys came to install it quickly and it is beautiful.  They were quick and efficient and even took away the old blinds for recycling.  I remain impressed by Pioneer and plan to use them in the future.

The people who work there are very professional and easy to work with and they strive to please their customers.  Their product is very high quality.

I needed window coverings for my kitchen windows and, like other reviewers, had a terrific experience with Pioneer.  I stopped by the store and arranged a visit.  Greg came, measured my windows and showed me a variety of options.  I ordered them on the spot and they were ready, as promised, about two weeks later.  They were nicely accommodating in scheduling the installation.  The shades have worked very well and I plan on using Pioneer in the future.
