"Cipriano was on time for our initial appointment, was professional and extremely knowledgeable.  We didn't think we needed to redo the sprinklers , but as soon as he pointed out areas of concern and how we were wasting water, it became apparent the our existing system was woefully inadequate.  He didn't pressure us to install a new irrigation system, but what he did say was that he would not do the job if the system wasn't fixed, since we would be very unhappy down the line. We quickly realized that our 30 year old system needed to be updated and we should do the job right. I'm certain we could have found someone else to install sod but in retrospect the last time we did that it was a disaster, so we recognized that he was right.   His estimated was clear and detailed and we felt the price was fair. The thing i really appreciated was how quickly Rosario (his wife) responded to our emails and was always available to answer any questions and keep us informed during the week of work, not to mention that she is a delight to deal with...as is Cipriano.
His workers all speak English and are as nice as he is and the work proceeded according to plan.  They cleaned up after themselves and were always willing to answer a question or make a small change if I felt it was needed. Our yard has been transformed from a very ugly ducking to a beautiful oasis, but the big thing is how committed Cipriano & Rosario are to satisfying their customers and how extremely honest they are. The quality of the sod was exceptional and Cipriano told us he travels 60 miles away just to buy it at a particular farm and it shows. He planted 20 ficus trees and not only were they taller than any 15 gallon plants I have seen, they were also exceptionally healthy and it's apparent that he takes the time to pick the plants personally rather than just placing an order. But here is where he excels...when his workers didn't exactly follow the sprinkler plan and placed the individual bubblers a few inches to the side of the plants, he came back (after I paid for the job) and moved each of the 20 bubblers himself to make sure they were exactly where they needed to be. We would not have known that they weren't right, but he did and cared enough to fix it.  He also went above and beyond, in some cases doing extra work, to make sure that HE was happy that the job was done to his exceptional standards. I cannot recommend him enough, we are grateful to Angies List for finding him and very happy with our new yard!"
