"On Monday, 12/21/15, Michael Fletcher, the owner of the company called to explain why they hadn't gotten back to me in response to my original call. He was very professional and wanted to make things right. His daughter had been very ill, and their office had been overwhelmed with calls. We made an appointment for 9 AM on Tuesday, 12/22/15, and Mike, the owner, was there promptly. He was warm, courteous and professional. After investigating the fireplace and flue, he found that the incorrectly sized damper clamp had been installed, preventing the damper from closing correctly and letting cold drafts come down into the room. He replaced the clamp with the correct size, charging a minimum service price. He recommended glass doors for the fireplace in case the new damper clamp still allowed cold drafts to come down through the flue. I would certainly recommend Mr. Fletcher and his company."

"We decided to install an outdoor kitchen and needed a solid base. The crew created a large concrete slab that measured around 400 sq. ft. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."

The fence is a dual sided redwood privacy fence that he hand cut on the last plank to line it up with the curves of a tree! We mentioned that the neighbors didn't want to be able to see through it, so he ensured they can't. I also appreciate that he took an old gate I wanted to repurpose as a trash can screen and incorporated it into the fence design with no problem. I see this fence outside my window and along my walkway so I really wanted to make sure I made the right choice in fence companies and Guillermo exceeded my expectations!"

He connected with our family in such a fun way. He went through every inch of our yard with us and made sure everything was more than perfect and to our liking. He led his crew well. He communicated with us constantly. He also made sure the whole family, including our 3 young children, had FUN with the construction process. My kids looked forward to having Aaron visit each morning. He was a burst of sunshine and made sure it was a pleasant experience. In fact, we were heartbroken when the project completed because it was such a fantastic experience. Aaron worked long hours to make sure our backyard turned into our dream space for the family. He is extremely knowledgeable in construction and made sure everything was beautiful crafted. We made revisions along the way, and he always overcommunicated to make sure we were happy. We received daily job comments via email that helped us stay updated on the work for each day. Aaron is an outstanding manager and person. Any future job will be lucky to have him as a manager. He â s going places! We were honored to work with him. The end results were flawless and exquisite, thanks to Aaron and the crew he led! Not only were Jeff and Aaron wonderful, but I also want to comment on the workers. We have a large window in our family room that our children and I would look out of each day. We commented that they literally never stopped for one second. They just kept on going and going and going. Their work ethic was outstanding. All the men were respectful, polite, and friendly. They showed up early every day and worked long hours, 6 days a week. They were all experts in their work. We were impressed with their skills. We are now landscaping and enjoying our beautiful new backyard. Phase 2 complete! We canâ t wait for phase 3 next year. With eager hearts, we highly recommend System Pavers to everyone!"
