They brought a glitch in the stairway to our attention and resolved the issue quickly and that portion was finished the next day. They were straightforward, efficient and very easy to work with. I feel like when it comes to any kind of construction project I just expect the project to go way over schedule, this was not the case. The only problem I had was not being able to decide which styles to go with which took me some time to decide but after I knew what I wanted the designer was accommodating and flexible. I was told the back patio would be done in 7 days and it was. That was just one cool thing about it. The crew was super nice. There was no mess afterwards. C came out and gave a very fair estimate and started the following week, finishing in 5 days as promised. C was here every day with his helper Nelson and transformed our front and back yard. He did specialty irrigation for our garden planter boxes. Initially we had wanted a drip line in the planters but discovered later that it did not deliver enough water for our vegetables and C came back out and changed it out to a sprinkler system at no charge. Our neighbor has asked for his contact information after seeing his work at our home. C Perez is honest, extremely hard working (this was during the heat wave) and gave us a very fair quote and the job came in on budget and on time. Couldn't recommend him more and will certainly call him on our next project."

Joe and his team removed the old concrete and replaced it with pavers. Joe did exactly what I asked and even made some improvement suggestions that I am very happy with. They always arrived exactly on time and worked very hard during a very hot summer. They are consummate professionals.
