"I've been using Make It Drain for years. The first time I called Make It Drain was after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague Ean showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. "I do! This dynamic duo of father and son knew precisely what the problem(s) were and zeroâ d in on a cost effective, efficient solution. The drain pipes that were under my house, difficult to access and original from 1951, were rotted out and leaking noxious material onto the dirt. Also, I couldnâ t get hot water in my kitchen sink (the presenting problem) in spite of having a recirculating pump installed years ago. Don (father) apparently loves a puzzle, and he took it on as a challenge to figure out why it wasnâ t working. Bibbity Bobbiity Boo, the complexities were unraveled and now I have pippin hot water in my sink AND fresh new drain pipes. As a single, senior woman I am all to aware of how easily I can be ripped off by repairmen. Don is an old school professional. He explained everything, took pictures, made suggestions and gave me an EXCELLENT PRICE for work that was unexpected (the drains) but suddenly needed to be done. "WE couldn't be more pleased with the results. I checked N/A by the cost because amazingly enough, we didn't get bids from anybody else. After spending a couple of hours with Nathan discussing the project I was certain he was honest and would do a good job. I wasn't disappointed.

His crew showed up on time, were careful about protecting surfaces and cleaned up well at the end of the day. Amelio the tile setter did great work and is a very nice person. The dog even liked him and got to thinking of him as another member of the pack. He (Amelio, not the dog) and Nathan made suggestions to slightly change our tile design that were great improvements.

All the work was either on time or ahead of schedule. A couple of times the conversation went like this. "Have you picked out ABC? We're ready to install that tomorrow." There was none of the "Where's the contractor?" stuff that you hear horror stories about.
