I inquired about getting my old garbage disposal replaced by a new one on Saturday mid day. Very shortly after I was contacted by Leo at Rooter Express, who said he could have somebody out to my place within 90 minutes! His Plumbing technician Mike Serobyan showed up in only 60 minutes! Mike was clean

Very hard working guys they cleared my main line when 2 other companies came out and weâ  re not able to unclog it.

They respond quickly and the tech toon was good at the task assigned. I believe that my second job was priced way out of line. I was charged $1850 to repair a tub valve that didnâ t get repaired snd a pressure regulator replacement.

The workers arrived an hour late from the original window stated. Once they were here, they were polite, clean and quick with the job. I will use them again if needed.

When the plumber ran into an issue that he thought might be bad news he didn't try to hide it or cover it up as something other than what it was; and he got the problem solved. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done in an extremely timely manner. He represents what doing a good and efficient job used to be. I was very happy!

I had 5 different companies come out all of them tried to up sell me. Only company that was honest and straight up was Rooter express.

Leo was very courteous on the first day of consultation and examination of the clog on my property. He provided a great counter estimate to my other bids and was patient in answering all my questions and concerns. Came back the next day to do the work with his assistant Fernando who was under the house in crawl space. They were a good team and ended up replacing the rest of the old pipes under the house as well. He worked with my budget and was overall a good, decent human. The work looks good so far but I would have liked a more thorough testing and review of the pipes with water running after with me to ensure there's no leaks or anything. Leo said he'll guarantee the life of the pipes and 5 year warranty of the workmanship. I would definitely recommend Rooter Express.
