396 I used this company to get my HVAC repair via AHS. Their technician has no clue about my 20SEER state of the art, latest Rheem Heat pump. Rather than owning their ignorance, they decided to work on it and screwed it even more. After the next recall, they reported to the AHS that someone else...
1/25/16 'cleaned' flame sensor - failed didn't keep initial Fri appt due to inclement weather (HVAC repair guy?) meanwhile, tenant's kids were playing outdoors. had to wait till Monday tenant noticed heat not working within days again (warmer weather, heat used infrequently) ...
