Modest price for his labor: materials accounted for probably 80% of bill Totally cleaned up after work done. Do wills roof inspection making us aware of some dangerous deferred maintenance in gutters that were threatening to rot our eaves. Recommended preventative maintenance and servicing of joints in gutters that were causing eaves to rot. Terrifically helpful and educated me on gutter maintenance and dangers from neglect

I had a leak in my roof that 4 different contractors evaluated...and could not find...none of them worked as hard to locate the source of the leak as hard as Rene worked. He refused to let this beat him and even learned about solar panels so they would not hamper his efforts. His commitment paid off as he found what nobody else could....He took the time to show me the damage and what needed to be repaired and replaced....he was a one-man show. In the end he told me, "If I got this wrong and it still leaks, you call me back." I will recommend New Era Roofing EVERYTIME.

Rene went above and beyond when fixing our roof. My husband is afraid of heights and has always wanted to fix the face boards on our house and take down old TV cable off the roof. Rene said no problem and fix the face board and took down the cable. GOD bless him he is amazing 😉

I would rate this company and the staff a 5 except for the fact that the wires to my AC thermostat were fried (I saved them!). The AC technician said it was probably from the roofers blow torch. The ERA guys were very professional, timely, organized and informative.

Rene, the owner, called me promptly after filling out basic information online. He was at my house within an hour. His quote was very reasonable and he also consulted on other things related to my roof. He already had a current job, but I agreed to wait a week before he started the work. He showed up at the time he stated, completed the work promptly, and cleaned up when the work was finished. He was professional throughout the whole experience. Although my job was small, I would absolutely recommend and use New Era Roofing in the future.
