It went well however his worker took a lot more time than expected and I was paying by the hour.

It looks like a pattern, he never responded to my message. I see other reviews saying the same. I guess when he does respond, he is good but the no response is unprofessional and a deal killer

Randy is professional, provides receipts and communicates well with our office. Excellent skills and ability to fix a wide range of home repairs.

Randy always does a good job. That is why I always call him first when I have repairs that need to be done.

Randy was on time as usual. The repairs were quick and the work was quality. Randy had a better idea for the wall repair/electrical. It was what I was hoping could be done. When he modified one of the cabinets, he noticed the water line to my fridge was pinched and leaking. Most contractors would have left but he had a genuine concern. He clamped it for me and explained what to purchase to repair it. We would recommend him and will be using him again.

He came out at the time we agreed upon, apparently I hadn't explained the problem to him properly, so while he thought it was a leak under my bathroom sink, when it was actually under the shower/tub drain. He had to crawl under my mobile home, not an easy undertaking, and disconnect the broken part that was allowing the leak. He then went to find the corresponding part but it had just past 5:00 pm, when he called and said he was unable to find it, and asked if he come by in the morning after going to the place he new would have it, I agreed. He then came by the following morning, and without disturbing me, as I had told him that I haven't been able to get to sleep til very, very late as of late, so he proceeded to crawl underneath my place again and installed a shinny new part where the old broken one was. He is obviously very knowledgeable about plumbing, and I would guess based on our discussions regarding other problems I may have, that he knows a great deal about many facets of home repair. He was also very courteous, professional and didn't seem to be in a hurry, when I asked him about other possible problems my place may have.

Responded quickly and fixed promptly. He said he would come back to close the hole in ceiling.

Installation went great! The design of the kitchen presented many challenges. A cabinet had to be modified, gas line rerouted. I was having difficulty finding a stove that would fit and he identified one that would fit. He also went the extra mile when he trimmed out the countertops that rested next to the stove. Work was excellent quality and completed quickly.

Randy refinished the interior of my dad's house in preparation to sell the home. He completed a long list of miscellaneous small items, like repairing the fence and gate, removing old light fixtures, repairing a vent in the garage, etc. He also completed the interior repairs, replaced 2 toilets, repaired a leak under the sink, replaced all the base boards, did misc small wall repairs, installed new lights, repaired the front door and refinished it. He did complete paint, carpet, vinyl and blinds. He took all the old parts trash to the dump and cleaned up the house and garage. The leak under the sink came up after he started working and Randy was happy to check and repair the problem. He was always on time and always immediately responded to any question whether text, email or phone call. We discovered a leak at 6:00 pm one evening and called Randy, he was back at the house in less than 15 minutes. Fortunately, it was a small problem and he ensured every thing was fine for the night and checked it again the next day. We had other bids for this job and his proposal was the lowest price and I believe he provided the best work. I have been in property management for 25 years and have never worked with any contractor that was so professional, self motivated, reasonably priced with the highest quality. I would definitely work with Randy on any project in the future. You will be happy with any job, big or small, that you have Randy repair/replace.

Wow! I love the look of my open kitchen! He took down a row of about 6 cabinets, filled and painted the ceiling where they were hanging, and refinished the side of one cabinet that was left in place. He also removed some tile from the wall and fixed and painted it so that the kitchen looks open and fabulous. I am thrilled. His work was completed as requested, on time and on budget. He also came up with some excellent suggestions for using the cabinet doors to build a pantry that matches the remaining cabinets. I will definitely be implementing his suggestions.

Randy did a great job. His time estimation was right on target. He was very professional. He kept the work area very clean and cleaned up everyday. You can not tell where the repair was made, there are no visable seams. Great job and I would not hesitate to use Randy again. Thanks.

He is coming to do some work for me next week and so far everything has been great. The reason I went with him is that he seemed to want to do the job and the bids were a little less than the other person. It was not entirely the price though he just, as he discussed it with me, seemed more interested and was more knowledgeable about that type of structure and talked about it more. He seemed to have knowledge of what he was talking about. He e-mailed me the bids back pretty quickly. He is easy to talk to and he explained everything very well. He helped me try to understand it. He is pretty professional.

Randy Came through for us once again!! He did a wonderful job just as he has for us on previous jobs. We had a large 12.5 ft. Fascia Board on our garage that was beginning to rot due to a previous lemon tree. He remove the old board. He bought the new board, painted and installed the new board. Cut up and removed old board from our property. Could not ask for a better Contractor! Thank You again Randy! Thank you too Angies List! We would not have found Randy Walukones with out you!

Randy did a wonderful job. Everything was repaired and is working nicely. He was very polite and we were able to schedule and keep updated by email. I would definitely recommend Randy.

From the original estimate, Randy has been professional, punctual, personable, dependable and trustworthy. He has a very positive attitude and seems to really enjoy his work. His attention to detail is superior which results in an excellent product. A problem with the plumbing arose during the work and he fixed it immediately. I really can't say enough good about him and recommend him highly. We have more work planned that he will be doing for us and I am certain it will be as excellent as the work he has already done.

I called to have Mr. Walukones come by our home to give us an estimate on a few odd jobs. He called back in a very timely manner. The appt. was just a day or 2 after my initial call. He was thorough, very nice and had genuinely very fair pricing. We have not started on the projects that we wanted Mr Walukones to do, due to a kitchen remodel that we have just finished. However, we fully intend on having Mr Walukone do the work. While doing our kitchen we had a problem with our new kitchen plumbing. Mr Walukones came over after a job he was on and fixed it for us. I have to say, I have known and done business with quite a few contractors in my life of owning homes and Mr Walukones has to be the most honest one I have met! Thank You much Randy...We will be needing you soon!

Randy is the best. Very professional and communicates well. He shows up when he says he will show up. His work is good and he is very trustworthy. I've used Randy three times before and I will use him again anytime I have any home maintenance issues.

Professional and courteous. Responsive to calls and communicated with me well throughout entire project. Overall very pleased and would hire him again.

He replaced a small amount of tile around my bath tub. So nice to find someone willing to do a small job. Very polite, professional man.

Laying corrugated roofing over porch trellises was tricky, and it had to match an already approved and completed job in the condo complex. Randy scoped out the job perfectly, prepared for it beforehand (by picking up paint from me and painting lumber he would need), and executed the job flawlessly. It was a pleasure to watch the competent way in which he worked, and the result looks like a work of art! Randy charged a reasonable price, was on time, kept in touch, and adhered to our contract. I can't say enough good things about him.
