I was looking to have my washer, it would not drain or spin. They came out and told me it was the lock on the lid that did not lock so the cycle would not start if the lock did not engage. So they had to come back out and put it on because had to order part. Came back out a diffrent worker put the part on and the washer still did not work, man tried alot of things finally he said it was the motor underneath and had to go get the part and he did, within about 35 minutes he put that part on after alot of talking on the phone with office. The washer started working, I paid and the worker left. About 10 minutes after he left the washer stopped and still had water and not spinning. I called the office and let them know and the office said that it's got to be the motherboard I think it was called. Now I'm thinking I can not just keep paying money on parts and they are not sure what's wrong and again I have to wait to get the part at $198. Finally I told them just refund my money because I had a 30day guarantee,so they it would take 5 to 10 days to get my money back and as of yet not seen my credit cards refunded because I had to use two cards cause was not expecting to have to keep paying, when they told me at first it would be $100. when they came out and if I used them for the repair part of that money would go toward they work, but they charged me $78. 00 more and kept wanting to charge each time they came out.

Came to service my refrigerator I thought was leaking. They found out it was not the refrigerators problem. Cleaned it up and tested everything to make sure it was good to go and charged me less than they originally quoted since it did not require any repairs. Very fair, honest and polite. Would highly recommend.

Super air &appliance repair sent two men on a one man job. They fixed the dryer filter vent door on our dryer. During the repair something shorted out & flipped the breaker. They said the unit tested OK! next morning dryer wouldn;t heat up to dry! I decided not to risk another attempt at repair, I bought a new unit at Home Depot. They charged me $125.00 for this repair, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!
