"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Jeff Goldman is to home patios as Pavarotti is to opera. He is an artist that is unique in this industry. In need of a new deck, I called three different contractors. One never returned my call. One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. "SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out.
