"Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool [Expletive removed] U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were [Expletive removed] and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. The other toilet is upstairs and is hard for my elderly parents to use. These guys are thrives, everyone contact them and ask why they treat our seniors like this. FIX MY [Expletive removed] TOILET !"

I called at least 10 times, but no single answer. Whole day passed, no reply, seemed that the person and the company never existed. JC tree care never keeps promise, and is not trusted. "I had a dead oak tree that needed to be removed. The tree sat very close to my house with branches spread out over my brand new roof (I had re roofed a month ago). I didn't want anyone walking on my new roof if it could be avoided. William Roper came to look at the tree on a Saturday, scheduled me for tree removal on the following Wednesday. He came with a crane/cherry picker. The trimmer in the basket cut the branches that were over the roof and roped them down never walking on the roof. William Roper's crew of five were super careful, hard working and worked together as a team. They left my property clean and neat. I will be working with them again for certain."
