"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"From meeting a staffmember in their showroom, to having a rep. come out and discuss a plan/take measurements/write out a contract, to the first crew that took down the old cover, to the next crew that installed a new patio cover/awning, to the final detail crew, and finally the owner, Jeff, coming out to inspect, all went very well. They did excellent work, were ontime, cleaned up, and left us with a very nice new alumawood patio cover and awning. Would recommend this company to anyone."

"SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process.
