"Our fifty year old basic beige tile countertop was cracked and looked terrible. But to replace the entire kitchen's tile work with Formica or granite would have been extremely expensive and would have looked weird with our older wood cabinets. We thought maybe by getting some Mexican tile laid in to the damaged area and a new stainless steel sink, we could save some money and retain the old house charm. Daniel was extremely careful and worked with us through some very tricky installation issues. The results were wonderful! So colorful and tasteful! It turned out better than we had hoped! "Mike Wilkes did a great job. Really thought thru on squaring the granite tile counter top. New ranges wouldn't fit it becos the tiles on both sides were not squared right. He did that and all the new ranges are fitting in. He charged $275, which I thought was little on the high end for just sawing and grinding. Showed up almost on time. He said 8 am and showed up at 8.10 to 8.15 am. Will hire again if needed. Thank you Mike."
