They were both professional, personable, and efficient. Tito is very knowledgeable and explained everything as they performed the work and even checked out some of my other fixtures based on me telling him what I was experiencing. They quickly got to work and fixed both leaks. I definitely recommend using Lateral Cleaning Specialist. I chose using them versus my home warranty company who had assigned me another company with an F rating on the BBB website. This is my 4th time using LCS and they always come through for me. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"
