I had two contractors who couldn’t get the tub knob off to replace the washer, which was causing a constant leak. I tried everything including a handle puller and couldn’t do it, so I got 4-5 quotes from plumbing companies, all in the thousands, for a new valve because they said the knob probably could not come off. The plumber arrived and was able to get the knob off and replace the washer in under an hour. I appreciate the time he took to try several ways to remove the knob instead of just saying it couldn’t come off and then charging me for a new system. Very happy and would use again.
