Salvador did an excellent job replacing our front door handle as well as a new porch light! He was very kind, polite and was right on time. Even when our porch light was broken in the package - he came back as soon as I got a new light and installed it the same day. I would recommend him to any one of my friends or family members.

Salvador and his son came over and replaced TWO (!) water heaters—one in the main house and one in a guest house. I had bought the water heaters in advance. After he saw them, he told me that the new codes call for an “expansion tank” which helps the water heater last longer. He could either get and install those as well or just swap the old ones for the new ones I had purchased—the choice was mine. We decided to do it right and bring things up to code. He and his son did a great job installing the water heaters and expansion tanks. At the end of the job they swept up the installation area and made it look like the cleanest spot in the garage! I could tell early on that he was skilled and knew what he was talking about. He didn’t pressure me at all about the installation of the expansion tanks. I am glad he told me about the new codes and it was my decision to add them. I had him give me quotes on several other projects. We are looking forward to working with someone we trust!

Salvador is a dedicated professional. He showed up on time, ready to work. I detailed the tasks to be completed. We agreed to proceed with the project. He completed the task as detailed. Yes. He replaced screens on our French door screen door and a window screen. He also repaired a sliding door closet.

I enjoyed meeting Salvador. He is a fine human being. He came with his son and repaired and painted all the trim on my home, repaired my fence, cleaned flagstone around my house. His fees are quite reasonable. I highly recommend him.
