Grout did not come as clean as I'd hoped (perhaps because it was white and I had waited too long after installation). I found one chipped tile several days after the work was done, though I can't be sure it was the Atlas crew who did it.

The gentleman that performed the service was very careful to check all areas of concern.  I was surprised that he used a brush on an extension pole to "knock down" spider webs and other debris.  He then sprayed the entire area thoroughly. <br />
