Steve at Atlas Marble was very thorough when he came out to do estimate and explained the services they could provide. A detailed estimate noting all areas of work and cost breakdown was emailed to me. The work was scheduled and his crew was very professional and went out of their way to complete the project to satisfaction.

Grout did not come as clean as I'd hoped (perhaps because it was white and I had waited too long after installation). I found one chipped tile several days after the work was done, though I can't be sure it was the Atlas crew who did it.

I had an estimate for the same work at $4,500, before I chose Atlas.  I have had it cleaned through the years, and never this well.

They did a good job on polishing the floor but when re-grouting the shower, they left several gouge marks when removing grout. Also, they were supposed to re-grout the bathroom floor and did not. Called them back to fix both. "Fixed" the gouges by coloring them with what looked like pencil lead and grouted the floor as they were supposed to.
