I placed a request for repair just before noon on a Monday and Tyrone from Vulcan arrived at 5.30pm for my repair appointment in Oakland the same day after finishing a job in Palo Alto at 4.30pm. I was pleasantly surprised he would take on another repair at that hour. He immediately spotted the problem and clearly explained what the issue was, what it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. He said he had the parts on his truck, and completed the job in 30 minutes. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient in completing the repair. Would not hesitate to contact them again.

They were great in execution, came in the same day, completed the work very efficiently. I am quite satisfied with the quality of work. However, I thought they were very expensive. I needed the door fixed and did not have the luxury of hunting for many pros so I went ahead with them. But I think they cost about twice what. It should have been.
