This a more economical way to go, we did not want to do a full sink replacement and bathroom remodel. Re-nu is professional and does great work. As always, go with licensed contractors and A rated better business BBB ratings. Be forewarned, will need to keep your windows open to let the chemicals air out"

"Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms. I should have hired Arayik to do the tile in the showers and floors only. The tile work was fine but electrical, plumbing and woodworking was unacceptable. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced."

"Did an excellent job and well coordinated remodel in 2022. Ben provided everything he outlined and his painting and electrical subs were outstanding. Ben provided good recommendations re some changes that were good. A few details that should have been non-issues like in the upper cabinets there were electrical conduit boxes. that should have been placed above the cabinets. However, their flooring contractor didn't put down a vapor barrier and we didn't know that was required until 18 months later when the LVT flooring started to curl. Ben was not as fast to respond to the issues and continued to ask me what the LVT instructions were. He did send out his men to look at the floor. It was obvious to us he didn't want to pay for replacement and drug his feet. It took over 4 months of going back and forth but finally LVT flooring and baseboards were replaced. We had the cement coated and also a moisture barrier installed. Painter touched up the paint. Looks great"

Serge did an excellent job on all of the tile work and quickly followed up when there were any issues. Fred and Alex are very skilled and talented at all that they do (which was everything else). I recently had a plank in my engineered floor delaminate. Fred came out, removed the plank and replaced it in about an hour, even though this was more a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue. The people that worked in my home were very conscientious and ethical. And Happy! There was always music and singing."
