"I want to start this review with saying it’s the “little things” that make the difference. In March 2017, we started a bathroom remodeling project on all 3 of our bathrooms. Our house was built in the 1960’s and has a wood subfloor which we were especially concerned about. My husband had already pulled up the flooring in one bathroom exposing the wood around the toilet flange which showed water damage and rot. I got bids from some other places and most looked at the rotten wood and said it was no big deal and they could use fillers to fix it. April the designer from Yancey said they would replace the wood subfloor or whatever else needed to be done which impressed me. Yancey has various teams that do their jobs and Mike King and his team worked on ours. They did a fantastic job and were for easy for me to work with. They kept me informed of what they found and what they were doing. They did all the work themselves except for the shower pan and the shower door so they did the plumbing, tiling, electrical, and flooring. Two of my bathrooms had wood rot and damage around the toilet flanges so they replaced the bad boards. One bathroom had water damage on the windowsill and they replaced it. They were even able to fix an electrical issue I was having with a poorly wired GFCI outlet. We also had problems in the bathrooms with mildew so they installed exhaust fans above the bathtub and shower. They were in my house off and on for 5 weeks. They always made sure to leave us with a working toilet, sink, and shower although not always in the same room for a few days. They also made sure to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day."

"Rebuildit just finished quite an extensive remodel of my house. I threw a lot at them, and I mean alot! Complete remodel of the kitchen and master bathroom as well as new paint and flooring throughout. We didn't make it easy on them either. Water damage, asbestos removal, removal of a load bearing wall, you name it, they did it and all with a smile on their face! Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the estimators, to the designer, and even the owner himself. They all greeted us with huge smiles and made us feel like we were in good hands. I have to give a special shout out to our Project Manager, Raymond. He stayed on top of everything! With such a big job there were definitely some hiccups along the way, (nothing major, just some the usual things that can happen during a remodel), but he was in front of every issue before it became a bigger issue and handled the whole project with class and professionalism. "I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. The four inspectors with the water department said that he had done an excellent job and that I got the deal of a lifetime. My neighbors all have his business card and we will use Bill Bellas in the future!"

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."
