"Needed my duct system under house replaced with better design system that was balanced. Had at least 5 local HVAC Contractors come out to give estimates and Comfort Factor Mechanical estimate was much lower than the "local" companies. Work was completed in 1-1/2 days (two men) which included demo of the old and replacement with new. System works great and would definitely recommend Comfort Factor Mechanical for any HVAC work, repair, or replacement. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
