"Note: The work performed was for replacement of the Triangle Tube boiler for my radiant heating and domestic hot water system. There was no option matching this so I selected heat pump. Sean and Climate Services was assigned to my service request by my home warranty company and I am so glad they did. My Triangle Tube boiler was failing to ignite and Sean determined it was due to a cracked heat exchanger. It was decided to install a new Triangle Tube boiler due to the age of the old unit. This started a chain of events which included receiving new boilers that were damaged and the closure of the Triangle Tube company. Sean worked with the distributor to return the Triangle Tube boiler and replace it with a Navien system which has worked beautifully. Sean is meticulous, pays attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. I am planning to use Climate Services to design and install a multi-zone mini-split system for the same house."

Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work!
