"I called Crieg looking for someone to help get a rental in top shape so I could sell. He was responsive and very accomodating. He approached things methodically and had attention to detail, I had quite a laundry list of things to get done from as simple as chalking 2 skylights of which one leaked causing damage to the interior ceiling requireing the drywall replacement. Crieg was versatile and was able to handle anything I threw at him. I kept him busy for about 50 hrs and it was money well spent. One of the only people I could find on AL to work on a straight dollar per hr basis.

"I contacted our insurance company for a reference to secure the door until I could get it fixed. The company they recommended wanted $500 just to secure the door and would give me a quote to fix it. Told them I would call them back and got on Angie's List and found Shaun and called him. He said he would be there in 10 minutes and was. He charged me nothing to secure the door. I asked if he would repair the damage, he said yes and he did. All work was completed as he quoted including re-texturing the damaged dry wall, reparing trim and painting inside and out - not to mention installing new door and frame.
