"I am writing this after having completed a second home project with Nathan and Pristine Construction. Our friends referred Nathan and Pristine Construction to us after they worked with him on a remodel of their home and had a great experience.
We first worked with Nathan a few years ago on our first project, a complete home renovation with every room in our home being redone. We replaced all the windows and doors in the house and installed a large sliding door to the backyard including new patio doors. Repaint of the entire home and installed a new gas fireplace. About three months later everything turned out just the way we wanted and it was one of the most pleasant home construction project experiences.
When it came time to for our second project a complete re-roof of the house down to the frame and repairs to the home from water damage Nathan was our only choice for this type of project. After a week we had a beautiful new roof and another pleasant remodel.
Along the way we had a few minor changes orders but things we added at our request. Nathan is very patient and discussed with us different ideas, giving us his opinions and advice to give us the best results so that we would not make any bad decisions.
Overall we had a terrific experience working the Nathan, Mike and everyone who works at Pristine Construction. They crew are all punctual and all hardworking getting things done. They exceeded our expectations on both projects and we definitely would recommend others to them without any hesitation.

When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them.
