Sales process seemed rushed, felt a little pressured, price negotiation reminded me of buying a car. Nice guys, tho. Showed up on time and finished quickly as promised. But, I am not 100% satisfied with results. Got a few lumps and uneven looking shingles that quality control should have caught a fixed immediately. Not sure if Iâ d recommend. Sorry, just being honest.

These guys are incredible! Got here at 6AM and did not stop hustling all day. The energy of this crew was amazing. So professional and experienced, I'm just in awe. Expensive but quality work

The crew from Journey Builders was very skilled, and professional. George, the project leader, is an incredibly friendly guy. He took the time, to really explain the process to me in detail.

We had the wrong shingles installed on our roof by the past owner. We called roofers around the city, and none of them matched Journeyâ s price. The scope of the project wasnâ t long, and we got some beautiful Spanish Tile Shingles that complemented our house very well. Love It, thanks Eric!

We had some metal shingles that were damaged/bent by walking on them over the years. That ended up causing us a lot of problems down the line. Eric diagnosed the leak coming from the bent shingles themselves. The water would pool up, spilling backwards and ended up leaking through cracks in my roof. His guys worked diligently, and ended up getting the shingles replaced, and fixed the leak.
