The price was very reasonable considering the cost of lumber, and the craftsmanship was outstanding and well worth it. Polite and professional the crew showed up on time, completed the job within the timeframe we specified and they cleaned up the job site when they finished. "We hired Erik and his team to tear out and replace the seal between our brick porch and stucco walls. Because of all the water that leaked below damaging the wood framing he replaced all that wood as well.
