"We recently had our floors refinished after a renovation while we were out of town. Needless to say when we returned, the floors were significantly damaged, uneven throughout, inconsistent finishe, etc. After the prior company attempted to resand the floors, it was clear that they did not understand how to handle cherry hardwood. I called Carlos as he refinished the floors six years ago. He was super responsive and came by to inspect the floors and provide an estimate to our contractor. Carlos and team were able to nearly restore the floors to the prior finish, doing it quickly, professionally and with little dust. They demonstrated their clear understanding of cherry floors, Bona finish as well as of our needs.
