"My kitchen floor was in deplorable condition; David and his team turned it into a floor that looks brand new. He did an amazing job! Not only that, they set up so that not a single speck of wood dust escaped the work area - amazing. Their clean-up, too, was great with nothing for me to do, but return the things removed from the area refinished. This was one of the rare instances of a perfect job."

"Fair price, excellent service. Good communication. And the kept my house clean despite all the sanding. I'm very happy with the experience."

"Jesus is a very experienced floor refinisher - licensed and insured! He communicates well when encountering an unforseen problem and repaired a few boards not originally noted! Jesus and Juan kept a clean workplace and masked off areas not being sanded as well as built-in cabinets! I would and will heartily refer Alameda Floor Refinishing to anyone who needs their floors done!!! Thanks, Jesus and Juan!!"

"It was great. I needed a quick repair on a few panels as they were lifting up in high traffic areas. Juan explained more than once that it would only be a tempory fix unless the foundation was first corrected but for me, that was going to have to wait. Until that time, at least I won't be tripping over the floor now! Work was fast and he was able to come by on the weekend. Hopefully he can do another room for us in the future! Thanks so much."

"Excellent job refinishing the floors throughout our home and produced what he said he would!"

"They were punctual, and the floor refinishing went without a hitch. The floor now looks better than it did when it was first put in. The results were more than satisfactory. We were very happy about the whole experience. We are going to begin the floor replacement job soon. Will be glad to recommend them anytime."

"Gil, provided the service we discussed at a very fair price. His work was impeccable. He also seems like a very nice person. He was easy to work with. Work was completed in a timely manner, used professional products. He draped the rooms well during the sanding and varnish process. I am recommending him to a friend also."

"David was responsive and efficient.n He came back later in the day to ensure the repair and staining was complete!"

"You will not find a more experienced & talented floor contractor. Knows his business inside out; confident; detail oriented; outstanding skills; hard worker; intelligent and friendly; deep industry knowledge including current issues/trends/equipment/hardwoods and vendors/contractors in this business. Very competitive pricing; also found sales for the wood flooring we wanted; used the top grade wood & mill for our project; discovered issues with our subflooring and was able to resolve them quickly and completely; his estimate time for completion of our project was right on the mark; Would not use anyone else should I have flooring needs in the future. I feel fortunate to have found Rich. Our new flooring is amazing!"

"They are truly awesome. We were at the end of a big reno project. Our GC had floor guys that were refinishing our floors and ruined them. Our floors are Jatoba/ Brazilian cherry which Iâ ve learned isnâ t easy to work with. Carlos came immediately, identified to me and my GC what the other guys were doing wrong. We fired the other contractor and had Carlos and his team start the next day. They evened out all the divots, uneven spots and saved us from a major disaster. Our floors look amazing again. Their work is great, they also use equipment to mitigate all the dust during the sanding process. 10 stars!"
