His price was competitive and his workmanship was excellent. He refinished our FR floor from a dark oak stained parquet floor to a natural finish… so good. My wife and I chose Cambridge Turnberry 6269 carpet, model "Stroke" 26910 for the carpet in the hallways of apartments 1 and 2, a style and model Straus had installed a few years earlier which we found to be an excellent carpet for heavy tenant foot traffic. The installation crew was punctual, efficient, and, in sum, did an outstanding job. A sitting tenant is now very pleased with her new carpet.
