His quote was competitive and fair. When the team arrive to install the new system, they were absolutely the most professional team we have ever employed for construction type work. The technicians were Jesus G, JT and Tyler. Each one was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, detailed, respectful of our house, and polite. They cleaned up everything after they finished, ensuring the house was returned to its original state. We received estimates from five HVAC companies. The Perfect Star rep Gilbert gave us confidence in the company’s ability to deliver excellent service. He offered a great package, and we wanted to support a local business. They donate to many local charities, and that was a big plus too. I highly recommend Perfect Star."

"The installers were very sweet and professional. But I donâ t think I was made completely aware of how the exterior installation would look. The last 4 or 5 feet of the white pipeline are not covered and it looks unfinished and messy."

"Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."

"I needed to upgrade my panel to 200 amps and got multiple quotes from electricians. I thought I knew what work needed to be done and only wanted quotes but Ben insisted on meeting at the property in person. I am very glad he did because he took the time to walk around the property and ask what really needed done and what my goals were relative to the project. I have chosen him to install two split units in that same house and won't even Ben going with someone else because of his attention to detail and level of customer service that was provided. He did the work quickly, correctly, and was communicated with me what was going on through every step of the process. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. You can call another electrician but I doubt it will be as good as CA Electrical Group."

"From start to finish my project with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland was flawless. Ryan came to my house, was right on time and spent extra time with me picking out the perfect shower to replace my existing (boring) standard tub/shower combo. Ryan ensured I got the best deal, while checking off all my must haves. His expertise and design eye was very helpful in narrowing down my options. I was placed on the schedule months out which was a bummer but just the way it was due to the demand....but I got a call last week and was able to get on the schedule for this week due to cancellations which worked out perfect for me. Two days prior to my project starting I received a confirmation call with all the details on the arrival time and what to expect. The morning my project was to start Tanner and Kurt arrived right on time, ready to work. They were so respectful of my home (& my pets), had all the materials needed and got started. There was a slight issue with getting the water turned off that they calmly navigated and got right back on track. They worked so cleanly and were very professional. My project was originally estimated to take 2 days and was done well in advance of that. My shower is gorgeous!!! The quality of the materials and the work completed is exceptional.
