"I am so happy we chose Perfect Star to install a new HVAC system. From start to finish, this company is top notch. The sales person, Gilbert, was honest, trustworthy friendly and professional. His quote was competitive and fair. When the team arrive to install the new system, they were absolutely the most professional team we have ever employed for construction type work. The technicians were Jesus G, JT and Tyler. Each one was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, detailed, respectful of our house, and polite. They cleaned up everything after they finished, ensuring the house was returned to its original state. We received estimates from five HVAC companies. The Perfect Star rep Gilbert gave us confidence in the company’s ability to deliver excellent service. He offered a great package, and we wanted to support a local business. They donate to many local charities, and that was a big plus too. I highly recommend Perfect Star."

"Were they everything you wanted and more? I got exactly what I needed done. I had an old electrical panel that was over 70 years old. It needed replacement and Nelson Electric did their job. Did they job get done right and efficiently? Yes. The biggest challenge was getting the permits. I had to wait two months for my city to approve the work but once done, Nelson Electric done their work right. The owner tried his best to minimize the downtime for no power in my house. The main work took about three hours and I was back with electricity again. How was customer service? Customer service is top notch. The owner acted professional and he even looked professional by wearing clean clothes and he even combed his hair to look presentable. I didn't feel I was working with an average guy on the street. I felt I was working with a professional."

He even worked with me to replace the GFCI and cord to get our Hot Tub working while we were out of town!! I highly recommend McD Flooring!"

"Went above & beyond in service. Got the Furnace replaced, brought space heaters for the occupants, Got it done quickly & left no mess. Redid the duct work and worked well with the occupant. Thought this type of service did not exist anymore. Was pleased how quickly Furnace was replaced ."

"Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."

"From start to finish my project with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland was flawless. Ryan came to my house, was right on time and spent extra time with me picking out the perfect shower to replace my existing (boring) standard tub/shower combo. Ryan ensured I got the best deal, while checking off all my must haves. His expertise and design eye was very helpful in narrowing down my options. I was placed on the schedule months out which was a bummer but just the way it was due to the demand....but I got a call last week and was able to get on the schedule for this week due to cancellations which worked out perfect for me. Two days prior to my project starting I received a confirmation call with all the details on the arrival time and what to expect. The morning my project was to start Tanner and Kurt arrived right on time, ready to work. They were so respectful of my home (& my pets), had all the materials needed and got started. There was a slight issue with getting the water turned off that they calmly navigated and got right back on track. They worked so cleanly and were very professional. My project was originally estimated to take 2 days and was done well in advance of that. My shower is gorgeous!!! The quality of the materials and the work completed is exceptional.
