Went fine.

It went unbelievably well! They saved me thousands of dollars by not requiring that I remove & replace shower walls in the master bedroom. They had a large crew of workers complete the project in just over HALF A DAY after the stucco wall areas were cut. Awesome job, I highly recommend them!!

I needed to repipe my house due to the copper pipes under the concrete slab where leaking.The repipe team that came to my house was great it was a team 4 guys and the first thing they did was to put drop clothes every where they walked and worked. the amount of holes in the walls was at a minimum. The job was scheduled for 1 day and everything was completed in about 5 hours they replaced all the piping from where the water comes into the house running copper from outside the house and once in the attic they ran Pex. they also wrapped all the hot water line in the attic and in the walls. the time it takes to get hot water to the kitchen( the furthest from the water heater) is greatly reduce. The person who the the wall patching did a great job you can't tell there was anything ever done in the walls!

Our old galvanized pipes were Showing signs of age: low water pressure in other parts of the house when someone was taking a shower; water was rusty when you first turned on faucets after being away for a couple of days; and having to clean out faucet aerators regularly due to sediment build up. My wife regularly see the Repipe Specialistt tv ad and one day in late 2019, I signed up for an estimate. I received a call from their estimator, Scott Masel. He inspected all the areas with water delivery gave me an estimate and explained the work that would take place. Scott told me RS subcontracts to Sargents Plumbing in our area. A day or so after signing the RS contract, I received a call from Dave Sargent, the owner, and he scheduled our start day. Jesse, the foreman, came over a few days before and walked me through the whole project and showed me where his crew would like make holes in our walls for the installation. On their scheduled start day, the crew came right on time, were very courteous, and went about their work, we were told ahead of time that we would be without water that first night so my wife and I planned accordingly. As promised, the work was done, inspection and all, by Thursday. The holes that were created were patched - they even matched the stipple in wall texture in our stairway! Start to finish, Repipe Specialists and their partner, Sargent’s Plumbing did an awesome job, and all with minimal disruption to our day-to-day routine.

They did the work neatly and efficiently. Stayed within there time line.

It was very good, they worked even a little overtime just to do the work right. The sheet rock guy did an excellent job patching the walls like nothing happened

it went great. Everything done professional, multiple shutoff valves so i could reroute the water when I wanted to swap out the new filtration system filters. I was very happy with the work they did. They installed pex and it looks so much nicer and smoother than the original galvanized/copper piping I originally had. Very happy with the outcome.

The work was planned and completed with no surprises. Work was done in one day except patching the walls had to wait for city inspection. Bathrooms were usable that day. Just needed paint to complete. Crew worked hard all day to complete on time.

The whole repipe of my home was completed as stated. I'm very pleased with Repipe Specialists Inc.

My subcontractor was Plumbing Tech Repipe Specialists. Repipe work was good and done as promised. Drain work was not the best, they missed replacing a drain and it started a leak after a few weeks. The texture work was very sloppy and we had to call the tech back for repair. The phone communications were terrible. They promised to call back for appointment schedules but did not a few times. I have called a few times for copies of my warranties both for the Repipe and drain work and I am still waiting. They promised each time to follow up with the corporate office and will let me know. Never heard back from them and still no warranties in the mail. Very aggravating experience.

This was a very bad experience. The parent company, Repipe Specialists, subcontracted the job to Plumbing Tech in San Jose. It took us 4 inspections until we finally passed our city inspection!! Repipe Specialists/Plumbing Tech made so many mistakes; some were incredibly basic while others were more serious. A plumbing rep was present at only one of the inspections (the 3rd one), so little issues could not be immediately resolved. The inspectors thought this was very unprofessional. When we were sold on Repipe Specialists, they and their brochures promised us that a senior supervisor or even the owner of the local plumbing company would be present during the repiping. They made it sound that the local company only does one repiping a day, and that is their only focus for the day. This was a complete false promise. The crew was very junior, and no high level person was with them. At the end of the day of repiping, when they said they had finished, I tested the water and the hot was going to the cold, and vice versa for the tub and the washing machine. They fixed that on the spot, but many more mistakes were to be discovered by the city inspectors. The scheduling for the plumbing fixes and inspector visits were also very unprofessional. We often didn't hear from them and had to chase them down for the next visit. Also, after we had arranged our day to stay home for these visits which meant taking time off of work. One time, they sent us an email with a confirmed, scheduled inspection, but no one showed up. When I called them, they claimed the city canceled the inspection. I followed up with the city and found out that Plumbing Tech never actually scheduled an inspection for that day. There were just so many mishaps. It's hard to imagine a job going this bad. On top of it all, there seemed to be very little to no acknowledgement or remorse on their side for the inconvenience they caused.

Work crew busted their butts getting job done in one day as planned. Crew did good job keeping dust down and cleaned up when finished. After the inspection was done the walls were patched. Patch job was ok and needed a few touch ups. My only problem was that I had to hire an electrician to ground the house to pass inspection. This cost an additional $1350. Repipe Specialist should have their own electrician and the grounding should be part of the repipe bid. Total cost for job ran at $14350. $12200 for pipes, $1350 for electrician, and $800 for new water heater.

We are delighted to report that it was a seamless experience. The salesmen were open and honest, answering all of our questions and presenting all of our options. The job itself was accomplished in the promised 1 day! Then, following the county inspection, the holes in the sheet rock were professionally patched. We highly recommend Repipe Specialists. You won't be disappointed. 5 Stars for sure!

They were ontime and did a great job.

All went extremely well. From the beginning estimate to the finishing touch up , I was kept in the loop of what was going to happen and when. There was a small sheet rock patch missed, I called about it and the very next afternoon it was repaired better than it was originally. The crews worked efficiently , took great care in protecting the areas surrounding the work area and cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn’t know they were here. My water pressure is great and I’m sure my water is a lot cleaner. I’d recommend them for sure without hesitation .

A very good experience - they chose the right crew for my job. (All Pro Repipe). The crew showed up on time and completed all of the work in one day. The workers were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with all of them. When the work was completed I was given the "tour". Everything was very neatly installed and finished. The patching of the walls in the bathroom was nicely done - leaving it better looking and smoother than when they started. Everything was cleaned up and all of the waste materials were removed when they left. I would definitely recommend these guys to others! Thanks for a job well done. What made me really appreciate these fellows was after the new bath fixture was installed in my claw leg tub and the hand held shower added (no vertical pipes to hold the shower head like I had because the kits don't come with them) I didn't have a place to hang the shower head. What I had was installed by a friend so I could have a shower. Since the old piping could not be used I asked for ideas of what to do to hold the shower head. They did one better than I expected by creating the same shaped support but with copper pipe. It looks great now and functions perfectly. Design wise, they chose the perfect faucet for my tub and although the tub is 80 years old it's been given a new lease on life and I am thoroughly enjoying my new shower and water pressure! Thank you Repipe Specialists!

Everything went as well as possible. The repipe took a (very hot) day and the crew worked hard. The house was left in clean condition. The county inspector found no flaws. The walls were repaired a few days later and are ready for painting. Again, the house was left nice and clean.

we had to reschedule once but they arrived and began to work, it went pretty smoothly. Took one day to complete repiping and another day to complete the sewer pipe replacement. They were very professional and efficient. They were also very clean. The drywall scheduling was more problematic however the work was really good. After s week or so, we found a leak on the side of the house and under the sink. I didn't much like dealing with the scheduling team, they were not professional and didn't call me back. I escalated the issue and everything got scheduled and fixed promptly. We are very pleased with our decision to have this done and really thought the contractors that did he work were really good. I gave this service An overall B because of dealing with the scheduling team.

There were a couple potions of the copper piping/plumbing that had already been replaced. This company noticed a couple potions of the piping that was not installed correctly by a previous company. They were very efficient. There were about 6 employees to do the work. They did not leave any mess. They were very professional, and got the job done. The guy that was the taper was amazing. This was my first time using them, and would recommend them to anyone.

It went well. They got my 1000 sqft house repiped in one day and they made sure to place covers on the floor and other areas to keep the house clean as much as possible. They also noticed that I had leaks and fungus from my sewer plumbing and gave me a quote to replace my home's sewer pipes as well. They were quick to get the work added to the city work permit. The inspector was satisfied with the work done when he did the inspection and so was I. I highly recommend them.

We had a horrible experience. Our salesman was excellent-- prompt, courteous, and gave us a quote on the spot (other businesses weren't able to do that.) He explained the benefits of copper vs. PEX and was available by text and email and phone to answer questions. We were told the re-pipe would take one day, and the clean-up/re-patch would take one day. Sounded great. The crew that was sent out to do the re-pipe was good. Their lead guy spoke very good English, and the work was done in one day. I had water. So far so good. It was after that that things went down the toilet, no pun intended. We failed inspections. Getting a crew back out here to fix what failed was a nightmare. It was not a crew, but one person, who spoke hardly any English, couldn't answer our questions, couldn't finish the required work, couldn't understand the required work, and left without work being done. We waited and waited and finally called the company to get someone back out here. That was the first of many bumps. The re-patch job took two days, not one, and was difficult to schedule. The work was sloppy. The workers spoke no English, so when I had a question or request, I couldn't communicate. Our salesman dropped off the face of the planet. The office staff forgot to schedule the final inspection with the city. It was just a disaster. So the "C" grade is because things started off great, and I do believe our salesman was excellent at what he did and knew his stuff. The first crew was great. But things went very downhill from there, the process took much longer than we were told (weeks in between start day and finish with final inspection), and the inability to communicate with the workers is unacceptable. There should always be someone on site who can speak English. That being said, I have new pipes, great water pressure, and hot and cold water. It was just frustrating to get there.

I just got my house repiped in copper from Repipe Specialists in October 5,2016. My house is a ranch style house with old galvanized pipes. I retired after 40 years of being a union sheet metal worker, making commercial and residential kitchen equipment and installing it too. So I have a good idea how construction goes and how plumbers do their job. So it made me worry how long it would take to repipe  my house and how bad would it mess up my house by pulling out the pipes. 
  I called for a in home estimate. The Estimator went over the job with me , showing me where the plumbers would cut their access holes to the pipes in the walls and he told me how long it would take to repipe my house. He also  said Repipe Specialists would get city building permit and set up all city inspections.
  I couldn't of have had a better experience, everything went so easy, from the estimator, the office worker, the plumbers and the dry wall patchers, they all did excellent work. All communications were great with phone call and email for reminders of the work dates and inspection dates. They sent out a 4 men team of plumbers that works so well together that they started at 9:30am and finished plumbing my house by 4:30pm that afternoon and left my home just as clean as it was when they started. After the first inspection a 2 men team of patchers came out and patched the holes in the wall and insulated the hot water pipes. That took one day for that . When the patcher finished their job the patch work was so good all I needed to do was paint. After painting you couldn't  tell that there was a patched wall there.
  You can't go wrong by having Repipe Specialists do your home. I give them 5 stars.

The crew arrived to the house on time for the first increment, started working immediately and dilligently and finished the first part by the end of the day, everything was in working order when they left, including fixing a faucet (outside of the scope) that we had some problem with!  Then Repipe Specialists arranged for the inspector to come and sign off on the work and then another crew was dispatched to refill the outside trench, adjust one minor detail from the inspection and patch all wall access points.  This work also took close to a full day and was done in a timely manner. The Repipe Specialist coordinator contacted me after each increment to inquire how the day went and if we had any questions.  Billing was done as agreed after each segment. We were concerned about possible inconveniences during the work, but need not have worried.  We couldn't have been more pleased with all the work that was done, friendly and professional demeanor and would highly recommend both the Repipe Specialists for coordinating the work and the Genmore Plumbing crew for a job well done!

Completed all work as scheduled and on time as promised. This included the re-pipe itself in one day, which involves cutting access holes in the walls and ceilings, installing new pipe, and sweating in new valves.

The remainder of the project was done on another day and involved repairing the access holes including re-texturing. The work was done very professionally and walls are as good as ever.
