We've used Anthony (the "A" in AKK) several times in the past eight years. He is highly skilled, his work is of the highest professional standard and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Anthony Le is awesome. He does an outstanding job, is prompt to respond, efficient, knowlegable and provides great customer service all for a responsible price. I highly recommend this company.

We had our Pleasanton home re-piped with copper a few years ago and are just posting this now. Everything has been great and we have had no leaks. The two gentlemen did an ASWOME job, worked really hard, and were super friendly.

AKK Builders handled every part of this job professionally. That was a great relief because I hired them to work on a rental unit out of state. The scheduler, Rolly sent contractor Anthony to the unit right away for a free on-site estimate and they coordinated an install date with my tenants. Then AKK picked up the new vanity and materials from Home Depot; installed them, cleaned up well, and removed and disposed of the old vanity. It felt great to be able to trust a contractor to do a thorough job thousands of miles away. Plus happy tenants, happy me!

As always Rolly was accomodating for scheduling and Anthony did a great job. We wanted a gas line ran to our kitchen for a new gas stove. I had read about earthquake valves for gas meters and Anthony was able to do both, in budget and within the time frame promised. Anthony is very thoughtful and honest. He does great work and cleans up after himself. He is an educator and all around great person to chat with. He will even make recommendations to ensure we are thinking ahead. Thanks for a great job and I will always use them for my plumbing needs.

When we moved in there was not a functioning hose bib via the inspector so he had to connect it to the water and install a new one. His estimates are all what he ends up charging. It all worked really well. He suggested a certain kind of double installation and I was a little confused so I could have used a little more explanation of what he was recommending before he did it but it was fine. He tried but I'm just not very familiar with what he was talking about. When he was done it wasn't quite what I pictured. It was what he described but I just didn't fully grasp what he was describing. He did what he said and it is good but I didn't fully understand what it was but it was fine. The quality of the work was good and he was trying to think ahead. Like in a couple years you might want to put in an irrigation system in your back yard so I am going to put this extra doodad on that if you ever do that it will already be plumbed for that. He was trying to be thoughtful. I will call him again.

It's a cool little dilly that you cut open your gas supply and put this stopper in there. It has a little ball bearing that if there is over a 4.1 earthquake the ball bearings fall on this little shelve and blocks the gas. So if there is an earthquake and you have a leak your house doesn't explode. It was very easy. I called 3 different plumbers and they were all the same price.

I've used them a few times. There was so much pressure that not only was it bursting all the water hoses in the neighborhood but it caused a leak in my wall and $2500 worth of damage and mold. And then we figured out it was supposed to be between 40 and 80 lbs of pressure and it was like 120. All the other houses on our block were also under too much pressure so everybody's garden hoses were bursting.

Anthony was great. Rolly, who coordinates schedules texted an update prior to expected arrival and Anthony came in that time-frame. He takes care of everything; gets parts at Home Depot and installs, hauls away old parts. Everything looks and functions great. He's a great worker and does very good work with the caulking. He worked a long day, dealing with unexpected things, as comes up with plumbing and stayed until it was all completed. I highly recommend.

Took my call on Jan. 1, even though they were off and scheduled for the earliest slot on Jan. 2. Showed up on time. Walked me through the repair, in case I wanted to do it myself the next time.

Anthony did an excellent work. Other plumbers struggled and were not able to do but Anthony did the same with ease.

Texted me ahead as to ETA, arrived on time, very courteous, very quick, cleaned up after.

Initially spoke with Rolly, who got back to me promptly with an arrival time. Anthony was very professional. He thoroughly cleared the drain, explaining the p-trap was shot, needed to be replaced, and he had the equipment to do it. All of the work was done in 2 hours, and he added a new access line so that if the drain needed to be cleared again, it could be easily accessed.

It went very well. He arrived on-time and completely the work in a timely manner. The finished product looks great. Very affordable as well.

Called AKK Builders and spoke with Rolly early Saturday morning. Was placed third in the job queue. Rolly kept me informed on the ETA of the crew through phone calls. Anthony and his helper arrived by mid-afternoon. Showed Anthony the location of the leak. He gave me a price to repair the leak and I told him to go ahead with the repair. One hour later the repair was done.

We found that our sewer pipe was clogged, whenever we used water anywhere in the house, water would overflow from the first floor toilet to the floor. We called AKK Builders, that was on Saturday morning of the Labor day weekend. Rolly answered, he said the owner and the chief plumber, Anthony Le, already had a big job to do that day, but he would contact Anthony and let us know Anthony's availability. We were very happy when Rolly texted us back that Anthony could come later that day. Anthony and his assistant, Danny, came just before 4 pm. They found that the sewer pipe from the house to the street was clogged by tree roots that intruded into the pipe. They removed the roots and ran an equipment into the pipe to clear it. Anthony also checked the drain pipes of the rest of the house and found no other problems. They spent one and half hours to do the job. We appreciated very much that Rolly and Anthony answered our call and fixed a big problem for us. Otherwise, we would be unable to use water over the long Labor day weekend. Other plumbers we called never answered. We have used the service of AKK Builders before. We trust Rolly and Anthony. Their price is very reasonable. We will call on them for all our plumbing need as long as they are available.

Overall very pleased with their service. Anthony Le did a great job fixing our gas line and installing an earthquake shut off value. He is a very solid and experienced technician. Did a thorough job. Rolly Lemmons helped me with the scheduling, providing ETAs and follow up. Overall everything went pretty well.

Anthony did the job, and he was punctual, tidy, pleasant and competent.  It was not a small feat to figure out how to navigate the hot plumbing mess in my basement, but Anthony figured it out, plus added some improvements that I needed but didn't even ask for.

I liked this company so much I called back and scheduled more work immediately after the first job was complete.
