JK Control

I use Monte at JK Control regularly to inspection homes for my buyers and sellers.  Monte thoroughly inspects the properties, including attics and crawlspaces (as applicable), and provides a detailed, written report with repair costs.

They are very consistent. They meet my expectations.

They were very professional, worked quickly, and did a good job.

The inspection was pretty thorough. There is nothing in particular about them that stood out.

JK Control was used by the buyer of our home. They found dry rot/potential dry rot areas not noted by our termite/pest people whom we had already paid to remove all problems and pass inspection. Some of the problems they noted were not really serious findings in an 80+ year old dwelling but one or two were real and should have been taken care of by our man the first time through. Even though our man came back and cleared the areas under question we had to pay thousands of dollars to the buyers to take care of JK's more vague "potential problem" findings rather than delay the closing. This was annoying to us but I am sure a very satisfactory outcome for the new owners.

Their service is good. They were able to come out waiting week and do the repair work. It was done efficient. They met the estimate that they have given me. The guys that came out to do the repairs were friendly and easy to work with.
