The quote was higher than some, but I am confident the work will hold up and it is backed by a year's warranty. Moreover, the crew did touchup painting of the ceiling and at my request returned to push my bed to the exact spot where it previously stood so no carpet pressure marks were visible."

"I clearly told Luis that I needed a receipt for the work being performed right away because I needed to send pictures of work and receipt to the bank. These were conditions for me hiring him He was supposed to send receipt via email right after work was complete. Work was completed on Thursday morning and he did not return calls that day so I talked to him Friday morning and he told me he would have it by noon. Again I emphasized how important it was that I get the receipt to the bank ASAP and still nothing all day Friday. Sent him a few messages asking him for receipt and he refused to answer my calls. Finally Saturday around noon he finally answers the phone and didn’t even apologize for the wait his response was “it’s there now”. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was, he didn’t care about making me wait or bothered apologizing. I needed to send receipt to bank by Friday and now I don’t know if it’s too late because bank was closed by the time he sent receipt. I will never hire him for anything else again"
