As the owner of an aging home, the original heating and air conditioning system needed to be replaced. After getting several quotes I chose Rocklin Heating & Air not only because their quote was the lowest , but also because several neighbors had given them great reviews. Owner Mike gave me a really fair price. Technicians Jimmy, Shawn and Mac arrived on schedule. They got right to work, really knew their jobs and did an excellent job. Great attention to detail! And the technicians gladly answered any questions I had during the time they were working. Most importantly, they were truthful and honest. This morning Rocklin Heating & Air called to give me a window of time when today's final inspection would be done. The City of Roseville did the final inspection as scheduled and the new systems passed with flying colors. A BIG "thumbs up" to Rocklin Heating & Air. I highly recommend them!

We've had an ongoing problem with our HVAC system not distributing the cold/hot air.  The company that installed our new AC in 2013 quoted us $2500 to switch out the motors and replace the entire system.  Upon some research, we found this job should cost a fraction of what we were quoted.  We called Eric the owner based solely on his Angie's List reviews and he came out within hours, confirmed our problem, drove back to his shop to retrieve the proper motors and completed the job in less than 2 hours.  Rocklin Heating and Air will be our new trusted company for all of our HVAC needs.

This is the second time I have used this company. The phone is answered by Pam, who is courteous and helpful.  My heater had gone out right as we were expecting a cold snap.  Much to my surprise, Erik came out the same day.  Our combustion motor had gone out and he had to find the part.  He was very busy, so Pam picked up the part and delivered it to our house.  Erik was supposed to come back in the morning to install it.  Later that night Erik came back.  I told him he wasn't supposed to do it until morning; it was late and he didn't have to worry about it then.  He said he'd rather get it done, that he didn't want to leave us in the cold.  I highly recommend this company.  I trust them and have recommended them to everyone I know.

They were very good, honest and professional. I will definitely call them again for AC or heater troubles! We new the unit was very old and failing and they were very honest and accurate in their assessment of it's condition and what was needed to replace it. They didn't try to sell us more than we needed.

When my air conditioning quit working, the dread of finding a service provider was immediate - not only because of the impending expenses but because of the time and hassle of finding a company that will do good, honest work.  I selected three providers from Angies and although Rocklin Heating & Air didn't have a huge number of reviews, the substance of the reviews they did have was enough for me.  They were my first choice.  I was impressed by the feedback they had received in regards to honesty and quality of work.  They did not disappoint. 

I called them even though it didn't look like they serviced my area and they were able to send a tech to my home within a few hours.  David Vazquez was awesome!  He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, asked about the problem and quickly diagnosed the failed capacitor.  He provided the cost of repairs and did not pressure me in any way to utilize their services.  In the short time we talked, I had enough to reassure me that this company was the one.  He was knowledgeable, efficient and professional.  He was also very comfortable to talk to, pleasant and funny.

He replaced the capacitor, tested it and all worked perfectly.  He even took the time to look at the unit inside the garage, checked the air filter and explained how to clean it correctly.  He also explained how the outside unit should periodically be chemically cleaned/washed which would be another $150 but he didn't pressure me to do that now and suggested having it done in early spring.

The next time my heating or air decides to act up, I won't need to feel any dread.  I now have a company that I can trust and rely on.  Thank you, Rocklin Heating & Air !!!

David Vazquez came out to check out what was happening with the AC unit.  The blower motor seized up and he had to replace it.  
I liked his approach.  Before replacing the motor he tried to clean out a clogged drain line to see if that would work.  Unfortunately, it didn't so he had to replace the motor.

Eric is the owner and does the work himself.  It was Saturday morning, and the other A/C providers would not come out until Monday.  And they asked a thousand questions to log me into their computer database.  Eric answered the phone and headed over right away.  He has high quality work and takes pride in his craft.  I would recommend him to friends.

I suspected my regular and long trusted Heating and Air Company
was trying to gouge me for repairs that were not needed. I called Rocklin Heating
and Air out for a second opinion. They came out and confirmed I need some work,
but not the work that my old company was suggesting. Their bid was $664.00? my
old company was $7,000 to $10,000.
They scheduled me for the next day, called to say they were
at the parts store and would be on their way. Upon arrival, they got right to
work and didn?t take any short cuts. Originally, we talked about running the
broken wire to the outside and along the wall. Instead, they put it in EMT and
conduit from beginning to end (To avoid any damage from rodents). and ran it
through the attic. They even went the extra mile and made some minor repairs to
some damaged duct work they came across, which was greatly appreciated.
When they were finished, the air conditioner worked great
and all was well again. I liked their straightforward pricing approach and they
are very reasonable on their parts. Great job guys! I?ll use Rocklin Heating
and Air again.

Very friendly & honest father/son team. Came out the same day I contacted them to check my a/c. I was told there were repairs & items that needed to be replaced & wanted a second opinion. After 15 minutes, the duo showed me all the areas on my a/c I was told needed attention & ensured me all was fine. They guaranteed their opinion too. It's almost been a year since they came out & sure enough, my a/c has been running just fine. I'm so glad I contacted them for a second opinion, as I could've paid over $1000 for unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend this team!

I had leakage damaging my ceiling that ultimately was traced to blocked condensate lines. David Vazquez responded promptly, kept me informed by cell phone as to his arrival, told me what he was doing, tested the capacitor in front of me (I know from the test it needed replacement). Afterward, he gave me some valuable tips for preventive maintenance of the condensate pipes. The price I was charged for the condenser was $45; I know some other companies that inflate a condenser price to $200-250 and then charge extra for the installation. Everything was disclosed up front, I received an itemized invoice and David was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.
