In any case, we were able to get our unit serviced and inspected for the summer, but what WE GOT was much more.  The contractors were respectful and professional and the job they did was thorough.  This is the basis of doing business and of hiring a service company to do business with and anything less should be discussed with the people that speak for the company.  I am glad my business was important to Lee's, because in Fresno, if you don't live in the parameters or area's that have money growing in tree's, it can be difficult to find Responsible Small Service Businesses to hire.

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Air Duct Solutions told me they were going to call back in a year to see if I need anything, but they never called back. I had my regular air conditioning guy out here and he said the UV was installed in there. Hopefully, it's doing what it's supposed to do. They have them in hospitals, so it ought to work for my air conditioning. He was personable and we had an interesting conversation together. They did pretty well. My air conditioning hasn't had any problems since then."
