It went very well and I am extremely satisfied by the customer service provided by Red and the repair service provided by James. James was very professional, patient and super efficient, as he was able to get my garage door opener working within about 10 minutes of being apprised of my problem with it. If I ever have any further problems with either of my openers, I will not hesitate to immediately call Red and/or James and I highly recommend that anyone having a problem with their garage door opener (or who needs one installed) call Big Valley Garage Door, Inc.

He was very professional, quick and efficient. Within 45 minutes or so he'd completed the work and made sure the door handled correctly. Much improved the operation of the door. If the motor fails, he'd be the one I'd call to replace it.

Late on Fri. afternoon my automatic garage stopped working and I discovered that one of the springs was broken. A relative recommended Big Valley Garage Door so I gave them a call. The next day being Christmas Eve I was concerned that I might have a problem getting the door fixed. However, Mario, from Big Valley Garage Door came out at 9 AM the next morning and made the necessary repairs. He had the required parts and tools and finished in about 45 minutes.
