James was very professional, patient and super efficient, as he was able to get my garage door opener working within about 10 minutes of being apprised of my problem with it. If I ever have any further problems with either of my openers, I will not hesitate to immediately call Red and/or James and I highly recommend that anyone having a problem with their garage door opener (or who needs one installed) call Big Valley Garage Door, Inc.
Description of Work: I was having a problem with my Lift Master garage door opener and the provider was able to diagnose and solve my problem VERY quickly.

 + -1 moreHe was very professional, quick and efficient. Within 45 minutes or so he'd completed the work and made sure the door handled correctly. Much improved the operation of the door. If the motor fails, he'd be the one I'd call to replace it.
Description of Work: I have American Home Shield, but when James arrived he said he'd checked with them and my garage door wasn't covered. I explained that I was mostly concerned that after 9 years, the door was making lots of noise and was sometimes unresponsive. James got AHS to lower my regular service fee by $50., and asked whether I'd like the rollers replaced and the big spring tightened. The motor was still working, so he didn't recommend replacement yet.

 + -1 moreLate on Fri. afternoon my automatic garage stopped working and I discovered that one of the springs was broken. A relative recommended Big Valley Garage Door so I gave them a call. The next day being Christmas Eve I was concerned that I might have a problem getting the door fixed. However, Mario, from Big Valley Garage Door came out at 9 AM the next morning and made the necessary repairs. He had the required parts and tools and finished in about 45 minutes.
Description of Work: Garage door springs were replaced because one of them broke.
