"It went very well. Ray listened carefully to the problems we had with our current system. He looked over everything we had in place and made suggestions to help with the overall system, including putting in an additional return. He really took time to make the system optimal for our home and floor plan. He even satisfied the million questions my husband (a mechanical engineer) had. They are also qualified to apply for PG&E rebates through the Home Energy Upgrade program. We haven't finished that part yet, but will be getting money back for the furnace, AC and ductwork he installed. Kaitlyn in their office is also very pleasant and thorough. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "I evaluated 5 bids for my rooftop PV installation: 4 local firms and one regional firm (NRG). I was very glad to have chosen NRG. Their bid was the cheapest by a significant margin. The site survey, design and installation process was quick and smooth, despite the tribulations of the ongoing COVID-19 threat. Production from the system is exceeding specification, and my first monthly electric bill was -$15."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
