"He is a careful and deliberate worker. The towel bars were on irreplaceable old tiles in an old bathroom which is why I put off installing them. He didn't crack the tile. He came out to the house for a free estimate first. He read all the instructions and inserts for all the projects and advised us where to place the smoke alarms.
