The installer did not show up, did not respond to voice mail, and did not respond to text messages. Said I would not be charged until AFTER the installation. Instead, they charged my account anyway and I had to dispute to charge to have it reversed.

Tao was the most Unprofessional Person I have ever met. He first tried to rip me off and quoted me 4000$ for a simple job ... when I told him that the cables were available ReadyMade for under 400 $ totally on Amazon he dropped his rate to 2000 and sent me a contract. I requested him to put the date of execution on the Contract as he first said I`ll do the job on a Thursday then next on Saturday after and then next on Monday after... I thus asked him to put a date on the Contract and lo behold he started accusing me of being difficult and then stopped communicating and said that he will not do the job. The job is in Fremont CA and I live in Austin, TX, I had flown down to show a contractor and fix the execution and now thanks to this UNPROFESSIONALISM will have to take another flight back. USING ANGI HAS BEEN A DISASTER FOR ME because of TAO and LNS. I have all the messages and the 2 quotes of 4000 $ first and then 2000 $ next to back up my side!
