He called when he was about 15 minutes away and showed up well within the 2 hour window he had said. He pulled the toilet and camera scoped the outflow pipe, removing the blockage while showing me the corrosion of the almost closed, 60 year old cast iron pipe that also had root invasion. He then reset the toilet with a new wax ring. He charged what his estimate had been, cleaned up the work area and was very nice. I would hire him again."
