"This was my 3rd plumber for the same request. I had 2 TOTO toilets to install in slab floor. The 1st plumber came and couldn't install because his drill bit broke(?) but he complained about toilet throughout. He changed shut off bulb and hose and charged me $145, but couldn't install. 2nd plumber came but didn't even want to touch the toilet because they aren't familiar with TOTO toilet. Finally, called Mclay, knowing they can do the job but afraid the cost, but it was just reasonable charge, same with other company would charge!! Chad came and he installed 1st toilet about half the time 1st plumber was struggling trying to install but failed. The 1st plumber actually drilled in wrong place. He checked if there's any leaks, double, triple times to make sure. Added extra washers no extra charge, Chad just made sure its properly working. Very efficient and excellent!! He was very polite and pleasant. He gave me discount also. I just regret wasting time and money on some plumber who says they do but can't.
