"Javier was super. He gave me an estimate when I spoke to him on the phone and when I agreed, he told me that he could come over the next day. (It was not an emergency.) He called when he was about 15 minutes away and showed up well within the 2 hour window he had said. He pulled the toilet and camera scoped the outflow pipe, removing the blockage while showing me the corrosion of the almost closed, 60 year old cast iron pipe that also had root invasion.
